Well on July 22nd a university found soft tissue on the horn of a long extinct prehistoric creature....a triceratops. Yes soft tissue meaning that dinosaurs might actually live closer with man then previously thought. Well with soft tissue it mean that the animal had to live closer to our day in age. For example a mummy forum eygpt would still have soft tissue on him if preserved right and they lived about 3- 4000 years away. So if there are soft tissue on a dinosaur that means they lived closer to humans then previously thought maybe even 5000-10000 year ago so a lot of controversy is going on but now biologist can study the soft tissue map out its genome and even.....make a Dino .....oh noooooo jurassic park....with a triceratops

This is EXACTLY like that Tyrannosaur tissue preserved a few years back. Turns out it really was collagen. The Scientists then found that half of all specimens they tested dating as far back as the late jurassic. After testing a Brachylophosaurus, the scientists discovered that iron functions as a preservative. Particles of iron are highly reactive and when they form molecules with tissue it acts similar to formaldahyde.
